Spent New Year's at a hotel and it was great! the staff was very friendly, prompt and helpful. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and easy to get around. the room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. the pool was great too, very refreshing and clean.

We had to switch rooms twice, due to issues with roaches and ants in the bathroom.

This place was great! 🌟 Our room was huge with a comfy bed and a decently spacious bathroom. We also had coffee and tea makers, a fridge, and a toaster which was super convenient.

The staff at Towneplace Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the location was perfect for quick access to major highways, making it easy for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with the rooms and common areas well-maintained and spotless. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a cereal and oatmeal bar, waffles, bagels, muffins, breakfast croissant sandwiches. I especially enjoyed the pool and outside terrace, which provided a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

During my stay, I experienced some issues with the water temperature in my room. The first day, the water was cold for my shower, and the following morning, it was only hot for a short period before completely stopping.

Two things were exceptional about this hotel: its location and cleanliness. The location was prime since it was close to shopping areas and restaurants. the hotel was always clean, which made our stay more comfortable. Lastly, one advantage was the promptness of the staff.

My experience here was not the best. During our stay, we had to switch rooms twice due to problems like roaches, faulty light switches, and ants.
